Order Processing

Please be advised that during key promotional periods, such as Black Friday, our standard delivery timescale may be affected. Your order will be handed to our courier company within 5 working days of the order date. Thereafter, delivery timescale is dependent on your location.

  1. Orders shipped from our e-commerce distribution centre are processed within 1 hour (processing time does not include weekend days or public holidays).
  2. Orders shipped from our warehouse are processed within 1-3 business days (processing time does not include weekend days or public holidays).
  3. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day if that Monday is a Public Holiday.
  4. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the Republic of South Africa.
  5. All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

Order Inquiries

  1. Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Signature Cosmetics Online order. If you used Guest check out, please send an email with the Order confirmation number to online@signaturecosmetics.co.za with your question. Please note that our couriers or customer service will email you a link after an order is placed to advise you on the status of your delivery.
  2. Upon accessing our Order History page, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
  3. Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available up until 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is processing, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once the order is processing, it will be dispatched, and our standard returns policy applies.

  1. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. These include:
    1. Item(s) unavailable.
    2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
    3. Unable to ship to the address provided.
    4. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items at the fault of Signature Cosmetics and Fragrances.
